Remote Considered
At The Jamrog Group, we help individuals and families make confident financial decisions through comprehensive financial planning. We're a planning-first wealth management firm serving a diverse clientele across the country. Our team values collaboration, continuous learning, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
We believe exceptional client service is never an accident. It happens because every member of our team cares deeply about doing great work, helping one another, and creating meaningful experiences for the people we serve. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in staying organized, helping others succeed, and making people feel genuinely cared for, you'll fit right in.
We're looking for a
Client Experience Associate
to support the day-to-day administrative needs of our clients and advisory team.
This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role centered around
client communication, scheduling, electronic document management, paperwork processing, and administrative follow-through.
A significant part of your day will be spent communicating with clients by email—scheduling meetings, requesting documents, answering routine questions, sending paperwork, following up on outstanding items, and making sure clients know what they need to do next.
You'll also help maintain accurate electronic client files, process and send paperwork, track documents and signatures, prepare mailings, and keep the many administrative details of a busy financial planning practice moving forward.
Financial services experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for someone who is
exceptionally organized, comfortable with technology, a strong written communicator, and genuinely enjoys administrative work.
Schedule Flexibility
We're open to considering a
modified schedule, such as 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote work for the right candidate.
The position can generally be structured around
30–40 hours per week
, with responsibilities adjusted as appropriate based on schedule and work location.

Meeting & Advisor Support

Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
Your inbox doesn't scare you—you actually enjoy working through it
You are an excellent written communicator and can write polished, warm, professional emails quickly
You enjoy managing calendars and solving scheduling puzzles
You are meticulous about documents, naming conventions, filing, and recordkeeping

You can manage a large number of small tasks without losing track of them

You communicate proactively when something is delayed, unclear, or incomplete
You are dependable, responsive, and exceptionally organized
This is a
