Support the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance, and CapEx and OpEx projects.
Daily oversight, escorting, and safety onboarding of construction and maintenance contractors for work on process systems, utility systems, and building infrastructure.
Monitor the progress of contractors and report progress to the project manager.
Enforce company safety and security procedures, and ensure contractors adhere to all procedures including escorting, gowning, badging, safety forms, high-risk work permitting (hot work, lock-out-tag-out, fall protection, confined space, etc.).
Provide engineering project management and maintenance coordination support to project managers.
1-2 years of contractor oversight in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or advanced degree in an engineering-related field.
Ability to work in an office environment, construction site, utilities/maintenance areas, and laboratory or manufacturing areas.
Must be able to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended period
Contractor oversight in construction and maintenance
Familiarity with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements in construction projects or maintenance.
