I am looking for a
VP of Finance (FP&A)
to join a
growing, investor-backed healthcare services organization within its finance department, as the company scales and builds out its finance function .

Work directly with the CFO and the ownership group, with regular visibility at the highest level

Key
Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow forecasting
Build financial models for contract bids, new locations, and operator-requested scenarios
Deliver bridges and visuals that a CFO can drop straight into a board deck
Lead monthly operating reviews with operational leaders across multiple markets
Support lender and sponsor reporting, including covenant compliance
Standardize data definitions and reporting across markets, and support the BI buildout
Review and coach junior analysts and catch faulty assumptions
Anticipate the CFO’s questions before they are asked
Stay hands on in the details, from senior analyst level work up to executive reporting
Support acquisition integration and system rollouts
Current or recent experience at a multi entity, multi location company with $200M+ in revenue
A proven FP&A builder who has built teams and functions and can still roll up their sleeves
Advanced Excel skills well beyond pivot tables: Power Query, Power Pivot, and newer dynamic functions
Examples of anticipating CFO needs and translating complex data into clear visuals
Located in the Central or Eastern time zone, and open to relocating or traveling on demand
Experience with lender and sponsor reporting and acquisition integration is a plus
