Accounts Receivable Analyst

for our premier client in

New York, NY.

Education and

Experience

2-3 years in a core AR/Billing role is ideal. Industry experience does not matter (Advertising).

Knowledge and Skills:

Help support the collections manager/lead to help drive future enhancements and processes

Reach out to customers and resolve balances

Finance type of degree is preferred

Invoice and billing experience

Excel skills must be advanced

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Zuora (Billing) is a BIG plus

Problem solving skills are a must

Build out new workflows

Will start out transactional and evolve into more strategic, operational and analytical work

2-3 years of experience is what we are looking for. This not a Senior role

Some level of analytics will be involved as the role progresses

Freewheel comprises of multiple product offerings so we support both buyers and sellers, this role will need to analyze billing across both sides and determine what we need to do
