The HT Group is seeking a

Long term contract

Executive Administrative Assistant

for our nonprofit client in Beaumont.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, articulate, and able to manage changing priorities with minimal direction.

Executive-level administrative experience is NEEDED.

Employment Type : Full-time, Long term contract with potential for Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate : $25 / hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and office staff.
Manage phone calls, emails, and Google Forms.
Draft professional correspondence and formal emails.
Follow up with vendors, sponsors, and community contacts.
Assist with projects and special assignments.

· Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

· Executive-level administrative experience is a must.

· Excellent phone skills, grammar, and communication.

· Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Highly organized, motivated, and self-directed.
Able to shift priorities quickly and work independently.
Professional, articulate, and detail-oriented.
