Design, develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for industrial equipment and automated manufacturing processes.
Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs using platforms such as Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens.
Design and configure HMI and SCADA systems to support machine operation, monitoring, and diagnostics.
Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation issues to minimize equipment downtime and improve system performance.
Support the installation, commissioning, startup, and integration of new machinery and automated systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians, and production teams on automation projects.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, process efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Assist with the development and documentation of control system standards, procedures, and technical specifications.
Provide technical support for existing equipment and implement system upgrades as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control system drawings.
Knowledge of industrial networking, sensors, motors, drives, and other automation components.
Experience troubleshooting electrical and control system issues in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
