General Ledger Accounting Lead

What You'll Be Doing

Own key aspects of the month-end close process

Prepare and review journal entries

Perform and oversee complex balance sheet reconciliations

Manage fixed asset and capital project accounting

Handle intercompany accounting activities

Support sales & use tax and year-end tax reporting processes

Perform bank reconciliations

Monitor and enhance internal controls

Coordinate capital expenditure tracking and approvals

Partner with operations to support manufacturing accounting activities

Participate in ongoing ERP modernization initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

Exposure to standard cost accounting and manufacturing financial processes

Experience improving processes rather than simply maintaining them
