Facilities Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Lead and develop maintenance personnel, including supervisors and technicians.

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve

equipment reliability and uptime .

Monitor maintenance performance, equipment downtime, and completion of scheduled maintenance activities.

Manage the maintenance and facilities budget, including labor, parts, services, and other operating expenses.

Plan and oversee

equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects .

Drive

TPM, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability initiatives .

Maintain the facility, utilities, equipment, and supporting infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with applicable

safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements .

Manage spare parts inventory and critical equipment components.

Coordinate outside contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to resolve equipment and operational issues.

Support new equipment installations, production changes, and manufacturing launches.

Track maintenance performance and communicate department priorities and results to plant leadership.

8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience , including

3+ years in a leadership role

Journeyman certification

in an industrial maintenance trade

Strong background in manufacturing equipment maintenance, reliability, and preventive/predictive maintenance

Knowledge of TPM and continuous improvement practices

Experience supporting automated and/or industrial manufacturing equipment
