Step into a rewarding, full-time position as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting students across all age levels. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work 35 hours each week within a collaborative educational environment near Burlington, MA. As a BCBA, you'll be working across three buildings located close together, ensuring your day flows smoothly and your time is well-spent with students and staff. There's no requirement for RBT supervision, allowing you to truly focus on the core components of behavioral analysis and student support. You'll also have the chance to share insights and strategies by teaming up with fellow BCBAs, fostering a dynamic atmosphere of collaboration and professional growth. Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification

Experience working in an educational setting is highly valued

Solid understanding of behavioral assessments, functional analysis, and intervention planning

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with students spanning all age groups

Flexibility to travel between three adjacent school buildings during the workday

Capable of collaborating closely with other behavioral professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments for diverse student populations

Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success

Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing supports and strategies

Engage in collaborative problem-solving with other district BCBAs

Participate in team meetings and share best practices
