Responsible for driving success in achieving product plan goals through strong technical expertise in client services, training, and solution design. Utilizes this technical knowledge in customer support, instruction, and product implementation, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful results. Boost product sales by discovering and leveraging opportunities in the designated territory.
Advocate for product specifications at architectural and engineering firms and DOTs to ensure that company products are included in project designs.
Deliver compelling, technically accurate presentations and lunch-and-learns to promote product value and performance benefits.
Offer expert guidance on product selection, application methods, and compliance requirements for customers and specifiers.
Track competitor products and market trends to inform sales strategies and support product positioning.
Partner with Marketing, Inventory Planning, and R&D to provide field feedback and support promotional campaigns.
Ensure company products are specified and used in key projects from planning to execution.
Align new product launches with customer needs, ensuring market readiness and driving early adoption.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunity tracking through CRM tools.
May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
