We’re partnering with a well-established global industrial organization to identify an accomplished
Senior Technology Manager/Lead
to lead a high-impact technology organization supporting global operations, commercial business functions, and customer-facing solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic technology leader who understands how to connect technology investments with business performance, revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop multidisciplinary technology teams across software engineering, data science, cloud architecture, and technical support.
Oversee enterprise application development, technology implementations, and customer-facing solutions.
Direct global, 24/7 technology support operations, ensuring service reliability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs.
Partner with executive leadership and global customers to align technology strategy with business objectives.
Manage budgets, project financials, resource planning, vendor relationships, delivery commitments, and operational risks.
Support commercial contracts, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
Build a high-performing organization through strong leadership, accountability, and talent development.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success leading enterprise application development and technology delivery within a large, global organization.
Experience managing diverse technical teams and complex, business-critical technology operations.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technology strategy to revenue, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
Experience overseeing global support operations, service-level commitments, and customer-facing technology services.
Strong executive communication, financial management, vendor management, and strategic planning skills.
Sufficient technical depth to guide engineering and architecture teams without being a hands-on developer.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
$180K–$190K target base salary
20% target annual incentive, with potential to reach 40% through incentive multipliers
