The Role

Build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to foster trust and collaboration.

Promote hospice services through consistent outreach and compassionate communication.

Help grow our presence by positioning our hospice as a trusted provider in the community.

Increase referrals through regular visits with physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers.

Support patients and families by explaining hospice services and guiding them through the consent process with empathy and respect.

Required Competencies

Current sales/marketing experience in hospice required.

Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.

Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.

Prior clinical experience is a plus.

Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
