Bits Generation is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and can work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, resolve customer inquiries, maintain customer satisfaction, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

This is an onsite position based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi , following US business hours .

Position: Customer Support Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday may be required based on business needs)

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide professional and friendly customer support.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.
Handle customer orders, requests, and account updates.
Maintain service quality standards.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Intermediate/A Levels may also apply with relevant experience).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer support or call center experience is preferred.
Good computer skills and typing speed.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work evening/night shifts.

What are the working hours?

The shift is 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Previous experience is preferred, but candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
