Position Overview

The Senior Staff Accountant will support the company's accounting operations by assisting with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Of The Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.

Review financial data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The Senior Staff Accountant will assist with the preparation and maintenance of accounting schedules and reports.

Maintain organized financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and address accounting-related questions.

The Senior Staff Accountant will support additional accounting projects and process improvements as needed.

Required Experience/Skills For The Senior Staff Accountant

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Senior Staff Accountant

Experience with royalty reporting, royalty calculations, and contract review or administration is a significant plus.

Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred.

Experience working with an ERP or enterprise accounting system is a plus.

Education

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
