Pay:
$58,000 to $65,000 + Uncapped Commission
Type:

Maintain accurate records and notes in a CRM or similar system
Perform high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals
Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to present our services as ideal solutions
Manage post-close tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through
Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams
Assess the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our standards
Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms
Driven and persistent in achieving goals
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Skilled in managing time and priorities in a fast-paced setting
