TaxSlayer Pro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team for the 2026/2027 tax season. As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records in the support system
Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and quality
Follow company policies, including privacy and data protection
Desktop computer tech support specialists
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma or equivalent; Previous customer support or related experience
Comfortable using customer support software and systems
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
