The Role

Waste Solution Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Business Partner to work directly with the Managing Partner and support daily business operations, executive priorities, and special projects.

This role combines executive support, business coordination, project management, vendor oversight, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments from start to finish. You can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and turn high-level direction into completed work with minimal supervision.
