This role will develop financial models, analyze incentive programs, and partner with business leaders to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
Develop financial models to evaluate compensation programs, business scenarios, and performance trends Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support sales compensation planning, commission analysis, and quota-setting activities Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and presentations for business leadership Maintain reporting tools and improve financial planning and analysis processes Support internal controls, documentation, and ad hoc financial projects Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 6+ years of financial analysis, sales compensation, sales operations, or related experience 2+ years of experience working directly with executive stakeholders Experience with CaptivateIQ or a comparable commission platform Salesforce experience preferred
