Job Description

Local : Tampa, FL, Denver Co, Southfield MI, Memphis TN only)

Primary

Administer and support the Island Enterprise Browser platform.

Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, and security-related events.

Configure and maintain browser policies, user groups, and security controls.

Troubleshoot browser, authentication, application access, and connectivity issues.

Support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.

Partner with Network, Security, and Endpoint teams to resolve production issues.

Perform software upgrades, maintenance activities, and configuration changes.

Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.

Assist with browser deployment activities through Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools.

Support audit, compliance, and data protection initiatives.

Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to operational standards and SLAs.

Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

Enterprise application administration and operational support.

Island Enterprise Browser administration or equivalent browser management experience.
