As General Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of funeral and cemetery professionals, helping shape the future of an established operation serving the Akron community.

What We're Looking For

Experience in funeral service, cemetery operations, or related deathcare leadership.
Demonstrated success leading teams, managing business operations, and delivering results.
Financial awareness and the ability to balance business performance with outstanding family service.
A collaborative leadership style grounded in empathy, accountability, and professionalism.
A genuine desire to continue learning and growing as a leader.
A bachelor's degree and funeral director license are preferred but not required for this position.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
The position involves flexibility in working hours.
