Financial Analyst II

Onsite in Kettering, OH

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

One of our top healthcare clients is looking to add a Financial Analyst II onto their team that will be responsible for day-to-day labor operations from a finance perspective, partner directly with department heads on staffing and budgets, and drive key operational execution for projects to support executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Primary focus on labor operations: working with department leaders on open positions, position controls, labor management/productivity, and labor budgets.

Updating staffing model workbooks for leaders.

Supporting general operations: physician fees, reviewing monthly statements, and assisting with month-end closes.

Analyzing and interpreting data to provide recommendations/resolutions.

Long-term growth potential into a management role within a couple of years.

Qualifications

5+ years of financial/accounting analysis experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Advanced Excel proficiency.

Senior-level analytical capabilities.
