Leasing Consultant (Part-Time)Belmont Heights | Belmont, NC Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Belmont Heights, a 176-unit conventional apartment community in Belmont, North Carolina. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you. SchedulePart-time Flexible schedule as business needs require: Three full days per week or Approximately four hours per day, five days per week between a 9a-6p schedule
Weekends as business needs require. What You'll DoWelcome prospective residents and provide engaging community and apartment tours. Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Qualify applicants and assist with the leasing and move-in process. Prepare leases and other resident documentation accurately and timely. Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents. Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts. Support resident events and community marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate prospect and resident information within the property management system. Collaborate with the property management team to provide an exceptional resident experience. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsPrevious customer service, sales, leasing, hospitality, or related experience preferred. Friendly, professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable learning property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite, or AppFolio. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage appointments, data entry, and multiple priorities. Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Physical RequirementsAbility to walk apartment communities, including climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry 20-40 pounds as needed. Reliable transportation required.
