More specifically, with a strong backlog for 2027, including a $100M project this Senior PM will lead, they need to grow their core divisions leadership team. See below for more details.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager will operate as a senior leader within the construction group and will be responsible for overseeing multiple active projects while providing leadership and support to Project Managers and project teams.
This is a highly visible position with real authority and accountability. The expectation goes beyond individual project execution and includes maintaining consistency across multiple projects, mentoring team members, managing risk, and helping drive operational performance.
Key
Oversee multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction handoff through close-out
Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
Maintain control of project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement, and change management
Serve as a senior escalation point for project risks, scope conflicts, and client issues
Ensure consistent execution standards across project teams
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Partner with senior leadership on staffing plans, workload balancing, and operational improvements
Promote safety, quality, accountability, and professionalism across all projects
What This Role Requires
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong financial, contractual, and operational judgment
Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day executive oversight
Compensation &
Competitive salary between $150,000 – $200,000
$800/month car allowance
401(k) with 4% match
20 days PTO + 10 Paid Holiday Days
