I am partnered with a well-established practice in Ashland, Kentucky seeking a permanent Orthodontics Dentist to join their team and care for a loyal, established patient base. Located along the Ohio River in northeastern Kentucky, Ashland offers a welcoming small-city atmosphere with affordable living, beautiful scenery, and a strong sense of community. Position Details
Full-time opportunity
Schedule is flexible and typically consists of
3 clinical days per week , with time split between both locations
Approximately
6–7 doctor days per month at each office
Schedule rotates between Ashland and Portsmouth based on patient demand
Non-clinical/admin days are typically Mondays and Thursdays
Doctor will have flexibility to help determine their clinical schedule
Practice Setup
Ashland:
8 operatories
Portsmouth:
8 operatories
5 dental assistants across the practices
1 Treatment Coordinator
Established support team with dedicated practice leadership
Orthodontist will have input during the hiring process
Technology
iTero scanners
i-CAT CBCT in both locations
3D printers in both offices
Digital orthodontic workflows
Intraoral images available through iTero scans
Extraoral photography available via SD card
Clinical
Diagnose and treatment plan orthodontic cases
Select appropriate treatment plans and appliances
Prescribe Invisalign treatment
Oversee patient care throughout treatment
Collaborate with the existing clinical and administrative team
