Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Aventura, FL, supporting the daily operations of Property Tax Adjustments and Appeals. This role includes managing incoming calls, responding to client inquiries, and directing communications to appropriate team members. The Administrative Assistant will handle clerical tasks such as
organizing files, communicating with clients for upcoming hearings, maintaining records, and assist with billing and collections. The ideal candidate will contribute to a professional, orderly office environment and support consulting staff in delivering timely, accurate services to clients.
Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
Professional communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication and proper Phone Etiquette.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, calendars) and basic data entry.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Customer service mindset with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with clients and colleagues.
Prior experience in a professional services, legal, or real estate-related environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
