Atlas Consultancy Group · Indianapolis
Atlas is excited to be working with a well-established small-animal hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, that is looking for a full-time associate veterinarian to join its two-doctor team.
The hospital has served the city since 1996, many clients have stayed for well over a decade, with some families bringing every pet they have owned to the same doctors for 18 years or more.
With two veterinarians on staff, you will get to know your clients and patients properly and follow cases through from first visit to long-term management, rather than seeing a different face at every appointment.
The medicine is full service. Doctors handle wellness and preventive care, diagnostic workups and surgery, including more complex procedures, and the hospital is equipped to see urgent cases during the day. When a case needs a second opinion, veterinarians have direct access to internal specialty consultations, so you can talk through difficult diagnostics or treatment plans without referring out by default.
Doctors lead patient care and have the freedom to practise to their own standards. A hospital manager oversees day-to-day operations and works alongside an experienced support team, leaving veterinarians to focus on medicine and client communication.
The hospital is open Monday to Friday and closed on weekends. Weekend urgent care is handled by a nearby sister hospital, so the schedule stays within the working week.
