Job Description

We are seeking a Specialist for a high end company located in Greenwich Ct. This is a great opportunity for an outgoing client focused, team player. You will work with a great group of people. This is a five day a week role in the office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who manages account and lease processes. Someone with strong client service, analytical skills and good with numbers, hospitality background welcome.

Review and analyze lease and loan agreements to calculate accurate amounts and process lease-end transactions.

Resolve payment discrepancies and investigate account issues to ensure accurate financial records and timely resolutions.

Guide customers through the lease-end process, including sales, payoffs, lease maturities, and related documentation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, financial institutions, and third-party partners to facilitate efficient transaction processing.

Experience working with financial transactions, loan servicing, automotive leasing, banking, or customer account management is preferred but not required,

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and software

Qualifications

Recent college graduates welcome or relevant work experience

Excellent communication skills
