Position Overview
The firm is seeking an
Associate / Senior Associate
to join its growing investment team in New York. The successful candidate will be involved in the full investment lifecycle, including evaluating new opportunities, executing transactions, and managing existing investments across digital infrastructure and adjacent sectors.
Key
Evaluate investment opportunities across digital infrastructure, including data centers, fiber networks, connectivity, power, and related assets
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, investment returns, and scenario analyses
Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on prospective investments
Support transaction execution, including deal structuring, financing, and negotiations
Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and investment recommendations
Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic value creation initiatives
Conduct market research and identify emerging investment themes across digital infrastructure and power
Candidate Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related investment role
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities
Demonstrated interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, telecommunications, power, or broader infrastructure investing
Prior experience in infrastructure, TMT, power & utilities, or related sectors preferred but not required
Ability to work effectively in a lean, collaborative, and fast-paced investment environment
