Amazon is looking for an Executive Level Safety Professional to lead at one of our flagship fulfillment sites. This facility is over 1 million square feet with 3,000-5,000 associates. We're seeking
Senior and Director-level caliber leaders
who are ready to make a significant impact. You'll lead a team of 20-30 direct and indirect reports. You'll bring fresh ideas, be creative, and innovative. You'll be given a tremendous amount of autonomy to drive and implement change!
What you bring to the table-
You thrive on both the strategic & tactical level
You drive and implement change, thriving in a fast paced environment
You serve as the Safety Executive on local/regional regulations and Amazon safety policy
You build, mentor, and develop a team of safety managers and professionals
What you'll need-
Bachelors degree
7+ years in EHS and people management
Experience implementing lean principles in an operational environment
Multiple site across US
