Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for an experienced

Chief Operating Officer

to help lead the day-to-day operations of an established organization with a significant national presence.

This role is for someone who knows how to turn strategy into execution, build strong teams, improve processes, and keep a growing organization moving in the right direction.

We want a proven operator who is comfortable making decisions, solving problems, holding people accountable, and working directly with senior leadership to drive results.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple departments and functions

Work directly with senior leadership to turn company goals into actionable plans

Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations

Develop and improve processes that increase efficiency and support growth

Identify operational problems and take ownership of getting them resolved

Lead, support, and hold department leaders accountable for results

Develop reporting and KPIs to measure performance across the organization

Improve communication and coordination between teams

Evaluate systems, vendors, workflows, and resources to ensure they support the needs of the business

Manage major projects and initiatives from planning through completion

Help recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members

Build the operational structure needed to support continued growth

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in operations, executive leadership, or general management

A track record of successfully managing teams, projects, and business operations

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Experience developing processes, systems, KPIs, and accountability structures

Strong financial and business acumen

Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details

Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly when issues arise

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization

Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
