Key

Responsibilities

Manage federal, state, local, and international tax compliance

Oversee outside tax advisors, review returns, workpapers and other deliverables for accuracy and completeness

Support tax planning and structuring for investments and transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings

Partner with legal, accounting, and financial advisors on tax matters

Track tax law changes and identify planning opportunities

Support senior finance leadership with tax analysis and special projects

Qualifications

8+ years of tax experience in public accounting or public/private industry mix

Strong technical knowledge of partnership and pass-through taxation

International tax exposure preferred

CPA, Master's, MBA preferred

Excellent organization, project management and communication skills

Sound judgment and discretion
