Entry level welcome, experience preferred## What you will do* Handle inbound calls and answer questions about properties, plots, and availability politely and accurately.* Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, confirm site visits, and check in on open issues.* Log every conversation in the CRM so the next person has the full picture.* Pass serious buyers to the sales consultants, and follow each one through to resolution.* Reply to messages across email and WhatsApp within agreed response times.* Flag recurring problems and suggest how they could be fixed at the source.## What we are looking for* This position is open to female candidates only.* Clear, confident spoken English and Urdu.* Patient and professional telephone manner, including with frustrated callers.* Comfortable using a computer, a CRM, and messaging tools.* Organised, reliable, and able to keep accurate notes.* Available to work on-site in DHA, Gujranwala.## Nice to haveNot required.
