Director of Operations

for one of our hospitality clients in New York City.

This growing restaurant group is known for its innovative dining concepts, strong culture, and commitment to exceptional hospitality. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, develop teams, and support the continued growth of a dynamic multi-unit business.

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership and team development skills

A passion for hospitality and guest experience

Experience driving operational performance and accountability

Strong financial and business acumen

Ability to develop systems, processes, and standards that support growth

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do

Oversee operational performance across multiple locations

Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams

Drive consistency in service and execution

Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

Support training, development, and growth across the organization
