About the Role
Temporary Part-Time Payroll Processor 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Chehalis, WA or Marysville, WA | $35–$50/hour DOE We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor for a temporary, part-time opportunity supporting payroll operations. The ideal candidate has a background in payroll or accounting, familiarity with prevailing wage requirements, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Enter rental orders and projects into Dayforce and update employee profiles.
Enter wage rates and fringe credits.
Send timecard approval reminders to managers.
File No Work Performed reports and labor information in L&I, LCPtracker, and other required portals. IS A MUST
Partner with Rental Project Coordinators, Operations Managers, and Payroll Administration to gather payroll corrections and resolve current-week issues.
Help maintain accurate payroll records and ensure required documentation is completed.
Qualifications
Previous payroll processing or payroll administration experience.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Familiarity with prevailing wage laws, Davis-Bacon requirements, and certified payroll reporting.
Strong data-entry accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with managers and operations teams.
Experience with L&I, LCPtracker, or similar certified payroll systems is a must
Required Skills
