Plant Controller – Advanced Manufacturing

Chico, California

An exciting opportunity to take financial leadership within an innovative, growing manufacturing business.

We're partnering with a forward-thinking, technology-driven manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead its financial operations, strengthen financial controls and support continued business growth.

This is a senior, hands-on position offering the opportunity to influence financial strategy, operational efficiency and business performance.

The Role

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

Drive manufacturing cost accounting, inventory controls and operational financial performance.

Oversee ERP implementation and financial process improvements.

Manage financial audits, compliance and internal controls.

Partner with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.

Lead and develop the accounting function.

What We're Looking For

5–10+ years' accounting and financial management experience.

Strong background in industrial or advanced manufacturing.

Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and ERP systems.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial controls.

Public company accounting and PCAOB audit experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

CPA qualification highly desirable.
