IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to walk-in customers by ensuring efficient handling of sales and service requests. The role involves achieving assigned monthly sales and service targets, promoting PTCL products and services, and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely resolution of complaints and effective escalation of issues. The incumbent will also provide regular feedback on new products, services, customer concerns, and existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the role will focus on maintaining service quality and operational efficiency, strengthening product knowledge, and contributing to PTCL’s revenue growth and profitability.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

Deliver excellent customer service to all walk-in customers.
Handle sales and service requests efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.
Promote PTCL products and services to enhance sales and revenue.
Address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution through effective escalation.
Provide regular feedback on customer concerns, new products, services, and existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PTCL products, services, and relevant SOPs.
Contribute to customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall profitability.

Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
