Bits Generation is a growing technology company committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Associate to support our expanding business operations.

About the Role

This role provides hands-on experience across Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Operations, Administration, Client Communication, and Social Media Management.

During the first three months, you will work onsite at our Gulistan-e-Johar office. Upon successful completion of probation, the role transitions to a hybrid work model consisting of three office days and two remote working days per week.

This position follows US Central Time business hours, requiring evening/night shift availability.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.

Maintain HR records, company databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.

Support employee onboarding and HR administration.

Coordinate client communication and follow-ups.

Assist with social media management and content posting.

Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative activities.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

Maintain organized digital and physical records.

Support management with operational projects.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum qualification: A Levels or equivalent.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail.

Professional attitude with willingness to learn.

Previous HR, Recruitment, Administration or Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
