Job Description

Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.

Analyze general ledger activity and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

Record and maintain asset, liability, revenue, and expense transactions.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.

Maintain accounting processes and procedures while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Evaluate inventory and operational controls to identify cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, sales, and administrative teams.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.

Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Experience within manufacturing, distribution, food production, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
