Job Description

Oversee quarterly NAV reviews, portfolio reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution

Review capital calls, distributions, management fees, waterfall allocations, and IRR calculations

Manage fund expenses, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting

Review financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor reporting

Oversee loan investment and debt financing reconciliations using Investran

Support new fund launches, review legal documentation, and develop accounting processes

Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors

Oversee offshore teams and third-party fund administrators

10+ years of experience across public accounting and/or private equity or asset management

Strong knowledge of fund accounting, NAVs, waterfalls, and investment fund structures
