Job Requirements

High school diploma.

6+ years of experience in the medical device or biotech industry.

Hands-on balloon catheter construction experience.

Experience with medical device prototyping, assembly, and testing.

Microscope experience.

Cardiovascular catheter R&D and prototype development experience.

Experience supporting design verification and process validation.

Job Responsibilities

Build, modify, and troubleshoot catheter and delivery-system prototypes.

Perform dimensional, mechanical, functional, and performance testing.

Execute validation protocols and support test-method validation documentation.

Support engineers with product design, process improvements, and troubleshooting.

Perform catheter assembly processes, including bonding, welding, coating, crimping, and balloon processing.

Support equipment calibration, maintenance, validation, and R&D lab operations.

Assist with engineering changes, prototype tooling, and early manufacturing development.

Maintain compliance with quality system requirements.
