Commercial construction, concrete, asphalt, heavy equipment, and construction services

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with direct commercial construction sales experience and a proven record of developing new business through field prospecting.

Requirements

Direct outside B2B sales experience in commercial construction.

Experience selling to general contractors, project managers, and field superintendents.

Proven success acquiring new commercial customers through cold calling and jobsite visits.

Experience developing territories, building sales pipelines, and closing new business.

Strong construction industry relationships and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Generate new commercial accounts throughout the territory.

Identify upcoming construction projects and sales opportunities.

Build relationships with contractors and jobsite decision-makers.

Drive revenue growth through direct outside sales activity.
