Job Description

As a Junior Architecture Manager you will work closely with our team of senior architects to assist in the planning design and execution of various architectural projects Your role will involve drafting project proposals creating detailed construction plans and drawings conducting site visits and inspections and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations as well as maintaining project timelines and budgets The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture or a related field strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our company

Salary $1500 month negotiable based on experience

Location Lahore Pakistan accommodation provided

Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in developing project proposals and plans
Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress
Collaborate with contractors engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Manage project timelines and budgets
Communicate progress updates to clients and team members
Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and techniques

Requirements

Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field
Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or similar software
Experience working on architectural projects preferred but not required
Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
