Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of 4 non-union Maintenance Technicians on 2nd
Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven leader who drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Ensure accountability for PM completion and uphold equipment reliability standards across the facility
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues including PLC programming, robotics, and heavy mechanical systems
Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical skills and professional growth
Key
Strong electrical skills with expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming preferred
