Job Description

Ensuring billing compliance with client contract terms and agreements

Preparing and issuing accurate client invoices in a timely manner

Applying incoming payments and keeping customer accounts current

Running and reviewing aging reports to monitor outstanding balances

Managing collections efforts and building positive relationships with clients

Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

Supporting month end close activities

Assisting with ad hoc projects and other accounting duties as needed

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems

A team player who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work
