Position Summary

The

Training Content Specialist

is responsible for developing, organizing, maintaining, and continuously improving training content that drives workforce readiness across the organization. This role partners closely with Training Operations Leads, Technical Trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Manufacturing Leaders, Safety Leaders, and other operational stakeholders to create high-quality learning materials that support onboarding, job qualification, technical skills development, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.

The Training Content Specialist serves as the primary owner of the training curriculum lifecycle, ensuring all training materials remain accurate, standardized, scalable, and aligned with evolving operational needs.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing training content, curriculum, instructional materials, or learning programs.

Experience working with technical, operational, manufacturing, industrial, or business process documentation.

Strong written communication and content development skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-focused content.

Experience partnering with SMEs and operational stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, data center, logistics, engineering, or technical operations environments.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience developing onboarding and workforce readiness programs.

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

Familiarity with e-learning development tools.

Experience supporting large-scale workforce mobilization, startup, or rapid growth operations.
