Commercial Real Estate Servicing Analyst
We are representing an established investment and lending firm seeking an experienced analyst to support the financial oversight, servicing, and management of a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio.
This role combines financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and asset management support.
Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, property cash flows, and operating performance.
Monitor portfolio performance, including DSCR, debt yield, occupancy, and leverage.
Oversee loan servicing activities, including escrows, reserves, payments, and borrower requests.
Coordinate loan modifications, payoffs, and other servicing transactions.
~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
~3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, loan servicing, or asset management.
~ Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of commercial loan documentation.
~ Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with FICS or similar servicing platforms preferred.
~ Exposure to CMBS, agency, bank, or institutional CRE loan portfolios advantageous.
~ Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
