Job Description

Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.

Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.

Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules.

Actively participate in proposals and business development.

Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback.

Build client and team confidence through timely and accurate communication and clear, concise direction and leadership.

[6-10] years of public accounting tax experience, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and flow-through entities.

Experience with partnership, trust, and individual income tax, including K-1s and multi-entity structures.

Experience reviewing returns and managing engagements from planning through delivery.

Strong client-facing skills, including executive presence and emotional intelligence.
