This position provides professional level human resources services to managers, supervisors, and employees located in MnDOT’s district 8. This position serves as a resource in the areas of labor contract administration, staffing/recruitment, selection, classification, and compensation and ensures all employment laws, rules, regulations and collective bargaining agreements are upheld. The position requires analytical and problem-solving ability (judgment/decision-making) sufficient to evaluate complex information, research answers to problems and/or concerns and make decisions and/or recommendations within acceptable timeframes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year of professional level experience in human resources demonstrates all requirements listed below.
