International Accounts Payable Specialist
Company: Cyber System Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Mozang, 03 Fane Road, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Fully Onsite
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced International Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong Accounts Payable experience, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience working with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations
Process and verify vendor invoices
Handle vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Process and track vendor payments
Perform month-end closing activities
Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
Use QuickBooks for accounting and AP-related tasks
Communicate with international vendors and clients through calls and emails
Handle inbound and outbound international calls
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and invoice-related issues
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of invoicing, vendor reconciliation, and payments
Experience with month-end closing
Relevant experience in the Healthcare industry/department is preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Experience handling international inbound and outbound calls
American or neutral English accent will be preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Lahore-based candidates preferred
What We Offer
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000
