Store Manager
Established grocery retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at a Northern California location. This role requires a proven grocery leader with strong experience in operations, labor management, financial performance, and team development.
Key
Manage all aspects of daily store operations
Drive sales, labor performance, and profitability
Lead and develop department managers and store personnel
Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Analyze business results and implement improvement initiatives
Maintain operational excellence across all departments
Required Qualifications
Understanding of labor management, sales, and P&L accountability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to lift up to
50 lbs.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of California labor laws
This position offers a competitive base salary of
$80,000-$90,000 , along with an annual bonus opportunity and the potential for additional earnings through 6th-day overtime pay. The schedule is
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with
Sundays and Tuesdays off . A relocation package is available for qualified candidates, and the company provides a comprehensive benefits package.
